A 23-year-old from Southampton was given a 27-week prison sentence, deferred for one year, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.
In addition, the court imposed a one-year license suspension and ordered unpaid work along with a rehabilitation program.

As stated by authorities, the recording was filmed at an unauthorized automobile gathering in Portsmouth on December 28th, 2024, featuring the individual driving a distinctive colored vehicle.

Official Statement
A police sergeant remarked: “Local people, drivers and our roads policing teams have had enough with these groups of drivers selfishly occupying streets and parking areas and we refuse to accept it.”
He added: “They are not only a total disturbance, but they also put participants and innocent bystanders at danger of serious injury.”
He finished: “Our efforts will persist to take legal action against these drivers and I trust these latest incidents serve as a warning: you won’t get away with it.”
